Do you have samples?

My packing says delivered but my package is missing?
De Novo Nutrition is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact and/or file a claim with United States Postal Service. De Novo Nutrition does not hold responsibility for packages that are marked as delivered via tracking information.

How can I track my order?
Please reference your PayPal Transaction ID located on your payment receipt sent to your email used for PayPal purchasing. There you will find your tracking information once processed from USPS.

Return Policy

Can I return a product if I do not like it?
Given we are a small company, we unfortunately cannot implement a “money back guarantee.” All sales are final and we cannot return, refund, nor exchange any products under this circumstance. If you have another reason for needing to return the product, please email us the details of your situation. You have 14 days from date of purchase to contact us about a potential return. For full refund policy, please visit the Return Policy page.

Can I return or exchange a product if I’m allergic to an ingredient?
We only allow returns and exchanges on unopened items. If you have not opened the product, you are eligible for a return. You can only be refunded cost of product excluding original shipping cost. Please contact us first and detail if and why you are either returning or exchanging, and let us know a package is coming our way. Cost of shipping the item(s) back is at your cost. Once the item is received and inspected, you will be refunded for cost of product (excluding shipping). You have 14 days from date of purchase to contact us about a potential return. My product was damaged during shipping or is defective. Can I receive a refund or exchange?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping calculates automatically at checkout once you enter your shipping destination.

How can I track my order?

Where do you ship from?
All of our orders are shipped through USPS from St. Petersburg, Florida, USA.

Do you offer local pickup?
Due to irregular hours, we no longer offer local pickup.

Do you offer free shipping?
When we do offer free shipping on select items, it is for the U.S. only.

How long does shipping take?
According to USPS website, priority flat rate envelopes need 1-3 business days to make it to your destination. Also, please allow 24-48hrs for handling on our end.

Are De Novo Nutrition products and apparel available in other countries?
We are currently working at making De Novo products available in other countries outside of the U.S. and when we do we will officially let the public know when and where. In the meantime, we do ship internationally. If you are interested in purchasing wholesale for this purpose, please send us an email through the contact form.

General Product

Do you have samples?
At this current moment in time we do not but we are working on having samples for Max MPS. We will make an official announce when we do so be on the lookout.

When will we have bigger packaging for Max MPS?
We do not have an exact date but larger bags are something De Novo is looking into.

How many servings per bag/container?
There are 24 servings per 1.6lb bag of Max MPS and there are 30 servings in a 2.34oz container of Utopia(n).

Max MPS Protein

Is your protein gluten free?
We do not use any gluten containing ingredients, but some flavors use ingredients that are milled on the same machinery as wheat. White Cake would be the safest choice for gluten wary consumers followed by Candy Bar. However, we cannot make any guarantees or claims in regards to highly sensitive individuals suffering from Celiac Disease as we are not certified gluten free, therefore use is at your own discretion.

Is Max MPS lactose free?
Yes, since Max MPS is a whey protein isolate, it does not contain any milk sugar (lactose). The one gram of carbohydrate per serving is derived from a component of our flavoring (maltodextrin), not the raw whey we use.

Is you protein nut-free?
While our Max MPS Candy Bar flavor is the only protein that directly contains nut ingredients, all of our protein flavors are produced at the same facility. We cannot make any guarantees to those that are severely allergic.

Utopia(n)

Can I take more than 2 scoops of Utopia(n) in a day?
We do not recommend exceeding the maximum dose of 2 scoops per day. Exceeding the recommended dosage may cause adverse side effects. Also, always err on the said of caution when trying any new product.

Is Utopia(n) cGMP?
Yes – Utopia(n) is manufactured and bottled in a facility that allows our product to be Certified Good Manufacturing Practice.

Do you have any coupon codes or discounts?
We do not offer coupon codes or discounted prices. However, if you would like to save money we do recommend buying protein in bulk with four bags at a time as it is the most cost efficient and effective on shipping.
